Your travel policy is part of the Chase Protect policy bundle which renews each month. This will continue until you cancel your Chase Protect policy or until you are no longer eligible. Please see your terms and conditions.
If you have declared pre-existing medical conditions, this medical upgrade policy will also continue to renew each month in line with your travel and Chase Protect policy until you cancel it or are no longer eligible. We will email you 12 months after you take out your medical upgrade policy to ask you to check your previous declaration.
